You’ve been viewing homes for awhile now, and suddenly, you come across one that seems just right. Everything about it feels like a great fit for you & your family. But, for some reason, you are paralysed – you’re not sure if you should make an offer, or wait and see if an even better one becomes available later. How do you decide?

Clue #1: You Can picture your life there
As you walk through it, you can see your kids in their bedrooms, yourself cooking in the kitchen, or entertaining guests on the patio & dining area. In other words, you can visualise your life there! In your mind, you may even start to place your existing furniture into each space as you walk through it. Ideas for decorating and styling start coming at you. When you start feeling this way, take note – because this might be the one!
Clue #2: Everything else pales in comparison
Perhaps you go on to see a few more homes after that – you know, “just to be sure!” But you find that your mind keeps drifting back to that home. And you also catch yourself comparing all the other ones back to it. If you notice this happening, don’t ignore it! It’s a big clue!
Clue #3: You have everyone’s buy-in
When you share this with your family, everyone starts feeling the match! Or at least, no one in the family has any heavy reservations about it. If this is happening, you’ve likely found the right one!
